Secured or unsecured, what is the difference?

A secured loan is backed by an asset, like the car or equipment you are buying, which usually means a lower interest rate.

An unsecured loan does not use anything as security, so it tends to come with a higher rate, but there is nothing tied to it if things go sideways.

Neither one is automatically the “right” choice and it depends on what you are financing and your situation.

Lily, Birdee and Molly have full run of the office and honestly, they take their job very seriously. Paperwork gets a thorough sniff before it's approved and there is always a supervisor under the desk during phone calls.
