Well, that’s not the news we wanted! 😩

The RBA has just increased the cash rate by another 0.25%, bringing it to 4.85%.

If you’ve got a home loan, don’t just assume you have to cop whatever rate your bank gives you!

There might be a better deal out there and sometimes all it takes is a conversation with your lender.
