Another first home buyer win 🏡✨

This young couple used a guarantor option, which meant no deposit was required 👏🏼 We helped them through the whole process, including the application and signing documents with their parents.

We chose a lender that:

✅ Checked the guarantor security before approval, avoiding any last-minute surprises at settlement

✅ Only required a signed discharge and updated valuation to release the guarantor once they own 20% of the property, rather than a whole new application

Not all lenders work this way, which is why choosing the right one from the start can protect the guarantors and make the process much less stressful later on.

No change from the RBA this month 👀

The cash rate is staying at 4.35% for August.

So... what does that mean for you? 🏠 For now, repayments won’t be changing because of an RBA move, but it’s still worth keeping an eye on what your lender is offering.
