Congratulations to my beautiful client Natalie Paiola on her first year trading as Knock Knock Real Estate. We were engaged to assist Natalie from the very start to get her business up and running. This has meant that it was set up correctly from the start ensuring a very smooth process for her. Nat has the assurance that her finances are all compliant, organised and up to date, allowing her to focus on what she does best. End of Month is always a huge time for me because I manage sales and property management trust accounts for my real estate clients. It requires loads of preparation and concentration. The 1st day of the month is always a relief for me once I have processed everything and rolled over to the new month to start the process all over again. Oh and thank goodness for technology because I have managed the entire process every month off site from my home office during Covid. I cannot imagine having to do this back when it was all done manually!

Happy Friday and Happy First Day of the month. I hope October is the start of getting back to normal for us all!

With just a few days left, if you are eligible for the grant make sure you reach out to your accountant to get the letter your require so you can apply.

Three different grant amounts will be available depending on your decline in turnover:
• $7,500 for a decline of 30% or more
• $10,500 for a decline of 50% or more
• $15,000 for a decline of 70% or more

My clients can ring me any time during the day for help. I get asked to pay bills, prepare documents, find an old email, transfer money, help an employee, give advice, make a phone call, send an email, process property settlements, assist landlords and tenants, provide reports...the list goes on. And I love it!

Happy Fathers Day to all the wonderful Dad's, Grandfathers, Step Dad's and anyone who plays the role of Dad to someone. Anyone can become a Father but it takes a special person to be a Dad.
This is me and my Dad who I love more than anything! There is not enough room in this post for me to describe the wonderful things about this man! Love you Dad!
