Deposit, credit card and license details to be taken at time of hire
• Must be returned full of fuel and clean to a reasonable standard
• Must not be cross hired with

out written permission from TLC Equipment Hire
• Any damages or repairs needed due to negligence or improper use will be claimed by TLC Equipment Hire
• TLC Equipment Hire does not accept any responsibility of damages to person or property caused by use of equipment
• Any late returns will be charged at a daily rate
• All equipment must be used within SWL and any instructions as per manufacturer specification.
• Only Authorised/Trained person to use equipment.
• If equipment is stolen Hirer or person responsible will be liable for full replacement cost.
