As we are now in Week 1 of Stage 4 COVID-19 lockdown in Victoria and possibly further restrictions to be implemented across Australia we wanted to communicate 3 important points below:

1. If you are looking to freezing your loan repayments now, or previously have or just want to discuss what it could mean, please contact us. Lenders are open to freezing repayments, especially if you have been laid off or stood down.

2. Have you reviewed your current mortgage in the last 12 months then please email us for a mortgage health check? Rates are at an all-time low and now more than ever we want to make sure you are not giving the banks more money than you need to.

3. For those considering purchasing, there are various niche quirks and incentives available and the best place to start is by discussing what you want with one of our team so that they can do the work for you.

With so much to worry about these days, its a relief to know that your credit rating for deferred repayments (due ot Covid-19) will not be one of them.

Customers who have had to defer repayments for up-to 6 months due to the current pandemic and who were up-to-date on repayments prior to the deferral will not have their credit rating impacted.
