After several weeks of hard work we're excited to finally see our Albright Peacock finally installed pride of place in the Albright Primary School grounds. Great to see this fantastic Folko Cooper sculpture finding a new home and letting it continue to brighten people lives! Roll on the start of the new term! 👩‍🎓

Calling all Albright Residents - Win the Albright Bike Competition!

Show us how much you love your Albright community and win the Albright Bike.

With Albright almost complete and everyone staying safe and local under Government Covid restrictions, we thought we’d bring in some community spirit and celebrate the best and brightest community in the West with a competition to win the Albright bike!

Simply take a picture of you or your family enjoying one of the many community aspects of Albright. It could be a picture of your family enjoying the park, walking the dog, a colourful shot of your garden, a proud picture your child has drawn or some wonderful lockdown home cooking! Upload it to the competition page and tell us why you love Albright.

The competition will be running until 10 October 2020 and we’ll be judging the entries with the winner announced on 17 October 2020. The winner will receive the Albright Bike (pictured above) and the runner up a $100 Bunnings Voucher. So get involved and help make your Albright Community the best and brightest in the West!

Construction of the Primary School by the State Government began in December last year and the Department of Education has confirmed that the new Primary School will open for Term 1 next year!

Huge congratulations to our 500th purchasers Julia and Brenton! Thank you for helping Albright reach this incredible milestone in our community!

Julia and Brenton purchased in Stage 8 and are planning on building a home with Burbank. They chose Albright because "we were very set once we saw Albright. It stood out amongst the other estates in the area". Julia and Brenton are Careworkers, and living at Albright means they are close to work, the CBD and the local amenity that makes life so good at the best community in the West.
