You will be the well-presented face of the business with a warm and affable approach to clients either over the phone or attending office appointments.
Duties of this role will include but are not limited to:
• Preparing loan application documents
• Data Entry to assist the Broker Team to put applications together for Lender Panel Assessments and following through to settlement
• Proactively follow up on any discrepancies or missing information for the loan application
• Regular liaising with banks /lenders /real estate agents /settlement agents and clients throughout the entire loan process
• Ensuring compliance requirements are satisfied
• Answering phones and emails.
• Adopting new business processes that are introduced.
• General office duties
To be considered for this Role:
• English and Hindi-speaking is a mandatory requirement
• Must have a good typing speed and ve able to operate a computer efficiently
• Must be able to formulate well-constructed and grammatically correct documents
• Strong numeracy skills & Strong proficiency in word and excel
• Outstanding communication skills- oral and written
• Impeccable attention to detail and time management
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Excellent customer service and rapport building ability
• A flexible positive attitude
• Confidence with client engagement
• Warm and Friendly Disposition
• Must be commuting to work in his/her own car
You must have Australian permanent residency or citizenship and clean credit history. The hours of work are 9.00 am-5.30 pm, five days a week with flexibility to work extra hours when required some days. Free parking provided.
Remuneration is based upon the level of skill and expertise.
