👋 Meet Jed!
We're thrilled to have Jed as part of the Coastline Advice team. His dedication, positive attitude, and passion for helping clients make him a valued member of our team.
It's time for some quick-fire questions so you can get to know Jed a little better!
✨If Jed wasn’t working at Coastline Advice, what would he be doing instead?
I would have liked to be a professional golfer, it was a dream of mine as a kid, fell a long way short but still a passion of mine outside of work.
✨ What’s something you’re genuinely excited about right now (work or life)?
Finishing university in a couple months’ time is pretty exciting, feels like a long time coming be a big weight off my shoulders.
✨What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received (financial or otherwise)?
Nothing is ever as good or bad as it seems
✨If you could instantly master one skill tomorrow, what would it be — and why?
Surfing, a big regret of mine not spending more time on it growing up, would fit in well around the office with that skill too!
✨What does a perfect day off look like for you?
Starts off with a coffee, even a big breakfast at a café, then some time spent with mates would be a must, enjoying each other’s company whether it be on the golf course or some sort of activity.
✨What values guide the way you show up at work and in life?
Hard work, reliability, and preparation I would say has shaped me whether it be in sport growing up, through school/uni translates well into working at Coastline, making great use of an awesome opportunity.
✨Why Coastline?
I would say the connection to the business, my grandparents being clients gave me a sense on how Coastline actually impacts those in the community, I think I gravitated towards this. Darryn and Kate saw this connection, as a meaningful one.
