This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Push Up Challenge, a great initiative that supports mental health awareness and raises vital funds to help push for better mental health. 💪

Our team are once again participating, pledging to complete 3,307 reps each from push ups to step ups and everything in between.

Our goal this year is to raise $2,000 by 26 June to support the Push For Better Foundation and we would love your support.

Funds raised through this challenge help the Foundation to:
• Run and grow The Push-Up Challenge each year
• Support Lifeline and headspace to deliver critical mental health services
• Equip Student Ambassadors across Australia with tools to support their communities
• Improve mental health education through evidence-based resources
• Fund new initiatives that address gaps in mental health support

Today our Toowoomba team fired up the grill for a special lunchtime event, with our Directors stepping in as chefs for Make Your Own Burger Day.

The team had a whopper of a time creating their burger stacks while sparking meaningful conversations with their colleagues.
