Now Hiring: Construction Materials Testing Lab Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Laboratory Manager to lead our Soil Testing Laboratory, ensuring all testing and reporting meets Australian Standards, TMR and NATA accreditation requirements. If you’re a senior technician and looking to up skill we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the soil testing lab, ensuring compliance with AS, TMR and NATA guidelines
* Supervise and support lab technicians, ensuring accurate and timely test results
* Conduct quality control and assurance in alignment with internal and external audits
* Manage workflow, reporting, equipment calibration and maintenance
* Liaise with clients, project managers, and field technicians to ensure high service standards
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in construction materials testing (CMT) with a strong soil testing background
* Proven leadership or management experience in a NATA accredited laboratory (preferred but not essential)
* Detailed knowledge of AS and TMR test methods and procedures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* White Card and valid driver’s licence
