Sonia and Kallia had a great time at the recent Women on the Move Toowoomba event, hosted by our lovely friend Chris Gent at Happy Healthy HQ.

If you haven’t met Chris, you should. She’s one of the most positive and supportive people we know. She’s also the best Personal Trainer around, running her own private studio in the heart of Toowoomba.
