It's not often I get a gift for doing my job, but on Friday afternoon, this beautiful arrangement was given to me by a lovely young couple who are in the process of building their home.

A transaction that has been going since October last year due to building contract issues, we hope that we can finally settle at the end of this month.

I love the thoughtfulness of this gesture and can't wait for their dream to be realised 🥰

Feeling pretty happy that our final settlement for this financial year was a lovely young lady from the North West, referred by my dear school friend 🥰

Not only have we been especially busy outside the office, I am pleased to say that we have been just as busy inside 💪

The business is expanding, with a new permanent part time employee being announced shortly 😉

The beginning of 2026 has brought two significant moments for me that bring me great joy 💜

Firstly, I was able to assist my dear friend Carl purchase his dream car using the equity he had in his properties at a much better rate than he could get anywhere else 🎉🎊

Secondly, it was an honour and a privilege to assist the son of a very long term and valued client Saminah to purchase the same house I helped her purchase many years ago 🎉🎊

I feel blessed that my business keeps growing, my clients keep referring, and I get to do what I love and do it from home!! 🫶
