Settled!!
Fincierge recently settled a site acquisition in NSW for a new client.
The developer had held the site under a call option for over two years and, with DA approval imminent, was ready to proceed with settlement.
With multiple other projects underway, our client required maximum funding to complete the acquisition. Fincierge arranged a 65% senior LVR facility, complemented by a flexible second mortgage utilising additional security that was designed to minimise the cash equity contribution towards the purchase.
Despite the short timeframe, we leveraged our strong network of private lenders to deliver a tailored funding solution and complete the transaction.
