Despite what you hear, it still exists today, just in a different form.

The benefit is not immediate, it is just deferred ⏰

Sure, it's not as attractive as it once was, but this is the game that we play with all asset classes.

The rules have changed but the fundamentals haven't.

There’s no doubt about it.

We are in for our first downturn of the decade.

This is the period where uncertainty creates fear and opportunity.

The last one in 2020/2021 saw the biggest boom in my lifetime and whilst I don't see it happening again in the short term, these are the moments you look back on.
