A house made with no restrictions from the owners. A designers and a builders dream, where everything has been custom built. A two storey house with large open spaces, a glorious kitchen with all Smeg appliances. Premium ceaser stone used, even for the splash back. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, large open kitchen, dining and laundry.

Another house handed over just over a month ago. Now made into home by the happy couple. This was a two floor house with complete brick work on the ground floor and cladding on the first floor. The house was a turn key package which means from the plans till the letter box to the front of house were selected by the client and executed by our team.

The house has 4 bedrooms, weatherproof floorboard throughout the house, with a large L shape kitchen, chandeliers and down lights throughout the house. On special requests of the client the stairs were given extra wall lights inside to give it a more sleek look.

Our company sign can be seen anywhere in Sydney. This is again a House and Granny house which is already up to the Lockup stage. It is a process, going from benching to slab to frame, ending the external works with the lockup stage. Then we start the inside work of the house, working with the client when it comes to the selections process.

This Was a house and Granny package we offered to our customer, where when the dotted line was signed on, we took over everything from the client, ranging from getting DA plans approved from the council to finally handing them over the house with the Subdivision certificate. This way all the client had to do was come to our arranged stage wise site meetings and see how the progression goes for them.

The house is a high ceiling with a custom built large front door, LED installed with the architraves, feature walls include wall paper, Tiling throughout the common areas, large bulk head above the kitchen island to support pendant lights, free standing dishwasher, 900mm appliances, Outside Alfresco kitchen. Each room has a built in fan with a common study, the bathrooms have built in niches, hanging pendant light above the bath tub, high end quartz top hanging vanity, with feature tile walls in bathrooms.
