Lavanya brings more than 17 years of experience across investment banking, private wealth management and independent investment advisory, including senior relationship management and strategy roles at J.P. Morgan in Sydney, London and New York. These experiences have shaped her global perspective and strengthened her ability to provide strategic, personalised advice to clients in an ever-evolving market environment.

Having advised large, multi-generational families across complex wealth structures, Lavanya brings deep experience in institutional-grade investment solutions, long-term capital management strategy, and fiduciary advisory.

SITE ACQUIRED 🔑 In partnership with FYVE Developments, Benchmark Capital has successfully acquired a new site in Lane Cove, adding another carefully selected opportunity to the Fund’s growing pipeline within Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Positioned close to Lane Cove Village, The Canopy precinct, leading schools, expansive green space and key transport connections, the site sits within one of Sydney’s most established and liveable communities - recently recognised as Australia’s most liveable community in the 2025 Australian Liveability Census.

Benchmark Capital was pleased to host a private breakfast in partnership with Yellow Brick Road bringing together advisers for a considered discussion on property development investment.

The session focused on Benchmark’s approach to capital deployment, governance and partnership within Benchmark Capital’s structured investment framework.
