The 360 Awards Night brings our people together to celebrate the individuals and teams who make 360 what it is. Last week, for its fifth year, we came together to celebrate the achievements and performance that shaped FY26.
The Business of the Year Award is one of 360’s most prestigious honours, recognising the agency that delivers the most outstanding performance across the breadth of its business. The award is assessed across seven key metrics: Financial Targets, Underwriting Performance, Staff & Broker Engagement, GWP vs Plan, GWP Profit, Net Profit and Net Margin.
For the first time in the history of the award, the 2026 Business of the Year was awarded jointly to Commercial and Prestige Motor.
The Prestige Motor team, led by Sarah Moltzen, delivered an exceptional FY26 result, with strong and consistent results across underwriting, service and financial performance. Their performance reflects a clear focus on delivering for brokers, strengthening the business and continuing to build on the momentum established across the year.
