Today marks the start of National Reconciliation Week, a time for all Australians to think about our shared histories, cultures and achievements and to consider how each of us can contribute to reconciliation in Australia.

The theme for National Reconciliation Week 2026 is All In, a call for all Australians to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every single day. All In makes clear that reconciliation is not a spectator sport and that all of us must step away from the sidelines and take action to make change.

Let’s walk together, guided by truth, respect and a shared commitment to change.

A time to acknowledge the Stolen Generation, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children taken from their families, communities and Country, and the lasting impact this has had across generations. It’s a day to recognise the strength of those who lived through that time and continue to share their stories.

Fresh thinking, zero waste 🌶️

Jenny, one of our Eurest Chef De Parties based in Melbourne, noticed the jalapeños and chillies growing in the on-site garden were nearing the end of their season. Rather than let them go to waste, she picked them, brought them back to the kitchen and pickled them herself.

That small, proactive act sparked something bigger. The culinary team ran with it, coming up with new ways to use the pickled chillies across the menu. The result? Sandwiches so good they've already become a team favourite.
