Ten years ago, we set out to fix something broken.
Jewellery insurance used to mean fine print, slow claims, and payouts that never quite matched what was lost. So in 2016, we built something different. Specialist cover, agreed value, $0 excess, worldwide protection, and a claims team who actually picks up the phone.
A decade on, we've become the preferred jewellery insurer for over 1,000 Australian jewellers, protected engagement rings, wedding bands, heirlooms, and timepieces across the country, and stood alongside our customers through some of their best moments and their hardest ones.
