📊 Auction Clearance Rate results Apr 6:
🔑 Sydney's auction clearance rate was 72.1% last weekend, which was lower than the 75.3% before Easter and the 78.7% after Easter last year.
Auction numbers were also down with 908 listed, compared to 1136 before Easter and much higher than the 607 listed after Easter last year.
🏡 The median house price in Sydney was $1,610,000!! at the weekend, lower than the $1,836,000 before Easter but 4.5% higher than the $1,540,000 after Easter last year.
⭐️ Canterbury Bankstown had the highest clearance rate regionally at 78.8%, followed by Lower North at 75.2% and Inner West at 75.0%.
The West had the lowest clearance rate at 64.8%.
House clearance rate was 74.8%, while units were lower at 65.9% this weekend.
