We want this to be a respectful space, so there’s a few House Rules to help our social channels stay kind, collaborative and valuable for members, future members, followers, and our team of moderators – all the wonderful people that make up our social community! When you post, comment or engage with our page, you’re agreeing to stick to the House Rules listed below. Our values drive everything we do for members, and everyone plays a part in keeping our community inclusive – including you. Who’s moderating the page? Our in-house customer service and social media teams. We’re here to support you weekdays between 9am - 5pm AEST/AEDT (excluding public holidays). Our role:
Supportive engagement: We’ll answer your questions as best as we can or help point you in the right direction to get the answers you’re looking for. It’s worth noting we can’t provide any personal advice via social media (see disclaimer for more on this). Privacy protection: We’ll never ask for your personal details, but we might ask you to message us privately (DMs or via email) so we can keep helping you.
