🚨 Interest Rate Update 🚨

The Reserve Bank of Australia has increased the official cash rate by 0.25%, which means many borrowers will likely see their home loan repayments rise in the coming weeks.

What does this mean for you?

If your lender passes on the full increase, here’s an example of how repayments could change:

• $500,000 loan → approx +$75/month
• $750,000 loan → approx +$110/month
• $1,000,000 loan → approx +$150/month

(Based on a 30-year loan term — actual repayments may vary depending on your rate and lender.)

What you can do:
