We're really sorry about the wait time our customers are experiencing right now. When the travel ban and the lockdown first occurred, we took the decision to prioritise customers who were experiencing a medical emergency overseas. We're now focused on processing the unprecedented volume of policy requests from customers.

We're currently working through a large backlog of emails to get you a response. However, to help set expectations, this will take time to get through the large volume of requests, and so you may not get an answer for 2 to 4 weeks. We’re here to help and we’re going to get you sorted. But please be patient with us. 🙏
