FINAL DAY!!!!!

Ok, we are on the final lap, 178 more pushups today to get to my target of 3,249, but more importantly, $216 away from hitting my fundraising target of $1,000.

If you know someone that has struggled with their mental health please dig deep and help Lifeline. It is really important as 3,249 represents the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2022 (the most recent available data).

Help raise funds for much-needed mental health services and initiatives by donating to my page. I’m completing The Push-Up Challenge to support this great cause and would love your help to reach my fundraising target.
