WEEKLY MARKET UPDATE
Precious metals pulled back over the last week, with gold falling below USD $4,500oz and reversing the strong gains seen a week earlier.
At the time of writing, gold is trading at USD $4,387oz (-4.6%), while silver has fallen to USD $65.4oz (-5.6%). In Australian dollar terms, gold and silver pulled back 4.1% and 5.0% respectively, supported by a weaker Australian dollar.
US and local equity markets also faced marginal drawdowns, while Bitcoin fell 4% to USD $77,031.
