AI is well & truly here to stay and this month, demonstrated exactly how this is happening in the world of design.

We were engaged by to deliver full technical production for Canva’s AI Vision at the Hordern Pavilion, where more than 1,000 guests were immersed in bold ideas, sharp storytelling, and a stage designed to push boundaries.

Our team deployed LED to display the crisp, high-impact Canva visuals, paired with a sound system that delivered clarity, depth, and presence to every presentation.

The lighting design added movement, colour, and atmosphere that tied the whole experience together. From pre-production to on-site ex*****on, the focus was creating a seamless environment that brought Canva’s vision to life.

Belle brings over a decade of experience in business operations and marketing across broadcast and live event production. Belle spent the last decade with the legends Production Services, leading cross-functional initiatives—from orchestrating large-scale productions and marketing campaigns to managing logistics, crewing, budgets and HR.
She’s worked on high-profile corporate and sporting events, blending creative vision with operational precision. Now at Sightline, Belinda is driving strategy, streamlining operations, and helping shape unforgettable audience experiences.
Fun Fact: Before diving into production, Belinda performed across the country as a contemporary dancer!

Big Welcome to Peter Bennett.
He’s leading our new AV Service & Cable Fabrication department, offering custom cabling + equipment maintenance for production pros.

Peter’s journey has taken him from Fairlight and Roland Australia to the stages of Les Misérables, Cats and Starlight Express, and then into the world of live events and broadcast AV.

Now he’s bringing that experience to Sightline, helping us support the wider production industry with custom cable builds and expert equipment care.

When he’s not on the tools, Peter’s all about rugby, bike rides and good times with family and friends. If Bowie is on high rotation… all the better.

Meet Dale Thomsen, LED Technician and recent addition to the team.

Dale brings his hands-on experience and a sharp technical eye to the Sightline team.
His journey began in school, where he discovered his passion for production while operating audio and vision for performances.
This led straight into AV roles at Fusion Entertainment and All Tech, where he worked as an all-round technician.
He later specialised in vision at BE Productions, setting up events and leading outdoor cinema tours across Australia.
At Sightline, Dale brings his calm composure, precision and energy to every show.
