This Scam Awareness Week on Aug 24-28, stay scam aware and protect yourself from impersonation scams.

The tricky thing about impersonation scams is that they don’t always look like scams.

A message, an email or even a phone call can seem to be from a genuine source.

Scammers deliberately create urgency or use information they already know about you to try and convince you to share your personal and financial information.

That’s why one of the best defences is to slow down before you act:
🛑 STOP — don’t let urgency push you into a decision.
🔎 CHECK — verify who you're dealing with using contact details you find yourself.
🛡️ PROTECT — never share your passwords, PINs or security codes, or transfer money simply because someone tells you to.

While renovation works are underway, our team will continue to be available to assist you from our temporary branch location, conveniently situated just around the corner at:

📍Suite 304, Level 3, 46 Market Steet, Sydney NSW 2000,
8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT).

We look forward to welcoming you back to our newly renovated branch, currently expected to reopen in late October. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we make these improvements.
