In Queensland, we just helped a client buy their $875,000 first home with no cash deposit. In fact, we arranged $908,000 total borrowing to also cover stamp duty, legal fees and other costs.

How? By using their parents’ property as security through a guarantor loan. This allowed them to:

✅ Avoid paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI)
✅ Borrow up to 107% of the purchase price
✅ Get into the market sooner
