July performance update: AVARI 1st Mortgage Real Estate Fund

The Fund paid $0.7627 cents per unit for July, with an annualised return since inception of 10.61% p.a. and portfolio LVR of 58.17% (excluding cash).

The Fund continues to focus on disciplined real estate lending, rigorous risk assessment and capital preservation across the portfolio.
