Did you know that Aussie homeowners are spending an average of $8300 on temporary living if they don’t secure their next property before selling? 🏡

We recently commissioned a survey with over 1,000 homeowners and amongst those who had sold their existing property, more than half (52 per cent) had to find temporary living while they waited to buy their next home. In doing so, the average household paid a HUGE $8300 on relocation expenses like temporary accommodation, moving and storage costs - an avoidable cost for those who choose bridging finance.

Here’s what our CEO and Co-Founder Aaron Bassin has to say on the topic: “The process of buying, selling and moving homes is stressful enough in the best of times, without having the added burden of paying additional expenses and finding temporary accommodation.”
