We’ve officially made the move — and what better way to celebrate than with our first morning tea in the new space!

After months of planning, packing, and anticipation, the Vestyn Capital team has settled into our beautiful new office at Level 45, Australia Square. With sweeping harbour views and a bright, modern workspace, our new home reflects the next chapter of our growth and vision. And yes, the coffee tastes even better when paired with that skyline.

It’s been a massive team effort from start to finish. From packing up our previous office to ensuring everything was ready to go on day one, our incredible staff made the transition smooth, efficient, and even fun.

Led by Ian Hyman OAM and his dedicated team, this well-established event continues to make a tangible impact in the community. Funds raised contribute to vital programs including supported employment, day respite care, and equine therapy, benefiting thousands of adults and children across Australia.

Our team has joined industry peers and panel valuers to celebrate the collective impact that the property and finance sector can have when united for a greater cause. Vestyn Capital recently hosted a Broker Workshop at Concord Golf Club, bringing together a dynamic group of brokers for a day of learning and collaboration.

The event opened with a keynote from Chairman John (JT) Thomas, who shared reflections on his 50 years in financial services, highlighting key shifts in the lending landscape. Guest speaker Hemal Ganatra provided an in-depth session on valuations, offering practical guidance that sparked thoughtful discussion among attendees.

Our BDMs presented Vestyn’s lending solutions, showcasing real case studies that demonstrated how private credit can support a wide range of borrower needs. Throughout the workshop, brokers contributed valuable questions and insights, creating the interactive dialogue Vestyn values.

The afternoon concluded on a high note with a lucky draw and wine giveaways, celebrating the connections formed and the shared commitment to better outcomes for clients.

Vestyn Capital hit the road over the past few weeks to take part in the FBAA Commercial Masterclass events across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. From rain-soaked mornings in Sydney to buzzing rooms in Melbourne, the energy and broker engagement were fantastic at every stop.

Our team enjoyed plenty of face-to-face conversations with brokers keen to expand their commercial lending expertise. These sessions covered everything from evaluating property security options to structuring flexible lending solutions for business clients.

At our sponsor booth, we spent time answering questions about how Vestyn’s short-term commercial finance can help brokers diversify their offering. It was great to see so many brokers eager to learn, connect, and find new ways to deliver value to their clients.

We are delighted to assist a valued repeat client who has consistently demonstrated a timely repayment history by offering her a six-month facility while she is applying for a construction certificate, which is the final step before refinancing to a construction loan.
The security being offered is located in Warners Bay, a DA-approved boutique development site featuring a total of 15 units, including six three-bedroom units, eight two-bedroom units, and one commercial suite. A total of eight units were sold as off-the-plan sales to individual buyers.
