You met Gwen a few weeks ago. This is what the weeks since have looked like.

Llanjelyn has been walking her through everything, from setting up a new client file to the small habits that keep an application moving. That kind of knowledge never makes it into a manual. It gets handed over one conversation at a time.

Our administrators are the reason things arrive when they should and nothing quietly slips. When a claim is paid quickly or an application clears without fuss, there is usually one of these two behind it.
