It's is good to see businesses flourishing during this economy. Most businesses are experiencing supply chain delays and the new car market is seeing deliveries for orders in excess of 12 month waiting times.

This has certainly boosted the used car segment and this client is riding the wave and bolstering his inventory.

Being less than 2 years old, this client has over 200 vehicles on site and each vehicle being sold in less than 3 weeks since arriving on the yeard. Keeping with demand, we were happy to help obtain the finance he needed to inject more funds into his business and purchase more inventory to boost his revenue.

It has been a tremendous month busy assisting self-employed clients but we had to take a moment to celebrate this settlement.

This client is on a bridging visa and could not obtain finance for weeks. She had a great business however she discovered that most lenders can only work with permanent residents or citizens.

We got her approved in two days so she could open her third outlet and be on her way to scaling her business to greater heights!

This real estate business wanted to find the best way to increase cashflow. He did not need any additonal loans as his cashflow was stable. The client had a $100K term loan over 12 months which was an area for improvement.

We obtained a $150K overdraft that ammortises over 4 years for this client so he could refinance the existing short term loan and reduce his previous repayments substantially. In addition, he did not have to pay for any additional unused funds in his overdraft and was happy he had an additional cashflow buffer should he need it.

Not all our deals are large! We assist everyday people in business that is building their nest egg.

This client based in Queensland came for a loan. She got more than that, a finance partner with a long term finance strategy that will help build her business and personal wealth.

Approved $100K. Taken $50K for her business so we can work on her investment property too! We had to factor in this goal so the client only took what she needed for the short term.

Keep in mind, your business can only grow as far as your own personal wealth and equity. We all have to remember why we are in business in the first place:)
