About the Role
The role is centered around trading, risk and operations in FX, Equity Indices, Commodity and Crypto Derivatives whereby the form requires 24-hour coverage and we are looking for BA and MA Economics Graduates for the position.
The candidate will work across the risk and operation functions monitoring and reconciling both client and executing broker trading platforms, middle and back office systems, before entering the respective streams, which slightly flavoured individual projects to work towards their own stream.
This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. You will often work cross-functionally with internal business and gain access to executive level personnel on a daily basis so you must have strong communication skills, ideas, and extremely detail-oriented as we produce and analyse vast amount of data (with tools we have built).
Job Responsibilities:
• Deploy new products to existing and new clients
• Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team
• Identify and solve weaknesses within the organisation
• Explore new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction alongside the executive team
• On-board New Clients
• Analyse Swap P&L, Trading P&L and other revenue streams and search for opportunities to optimise P&L further.
Job Requirements:
• 0 – 1 year work experience
• BA Economics / MA Economics
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and regular proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Programming skills an added advantage as we have a sister tech firm which develop in-house proprietary technology and the role requires on-boarding clients with complex technical set-ups.
