TMCU is pleased to announce a 0.25%p.a. decrease in all variable mortgage rates effective 1st September 2025, following the Reserve Bank’s reduction in the cash rate today.

Members will automatically have minimum monthly repayments reduced however can continue with their current repayments should they wish.
