***SEQLD (SOUTH EAST COAST & WIDE BAY BURNETT) SEVERE & VERY DANGEROUS STORMS A HIGH RISK FOR TUESDAY*** Please share and tag this important high risk forecast information to family and friends *** Type F for following in comments ***
• We have identified a massive upgrade in global model data for thunderstorm potential and severity in SEQLD tomorrow (Tuesday).
• The following major locations that could be impacted are Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Gympie.
• Other smaller towns in the South East Coast inland and Wide Bay Burnett inland that are also at risk of impact are Boonah, Beaudesert, Gatton, Esk, Kilcoy, Nanango, Kingaroy, Murgon, Gayndah, Gin Gin and Childers.
• Large to Giant destructive hail up to 10cms in diameter possible which could cause significant damage to homes and property.
• Damaging Winds to Destructive winds of 90 to 140+ kms per hour possible which could bring down trees, power lines and lift roofs off houses.
• Heavy Rain leading to flash flooding and white out conditions possible.
• Very Frequent & Dangerous Lightning ground strikes.
