Hello 2026 👋✨

Just reintroducing myself for all the new faces around here.
I’m Cassie, a Sunshine Coast based virtual assistant, tradie wife to a busy caulker, and living in the beautiful chaos of our three kids who keep us on our toes 🤍

I started this business for one simple reason: family time.
So I can be there for my kids, work around them, and be present when they need me — and so my clients don’t have to stay up late doing admin instead of spending time with their families.

As we head into 2026, I’ve got more hours available and space to take on new clients — supporting busy tradies and small business owners behind the scenes so they can get their time back too.

2024 truly went out with a bang, welcoming Reef into the world 6 weeks early! 🌊💙 Our little fighter made his grand debut in dramatic style and spent a few weeks in NICU, but we’re so grateful to have him home with us to ring in 2025 as a family of 5. I’ll be taking some time off to soak in these precious moments but will be back early February. 💕
