Another little project completed and on-sold on completion by our client for a tidy return. A fairly tricky site in Stafford on a small 300sqm allotment with a couple of easements and around 3m of slope. Our client was working with a set budget and this specially designed 177sqm double storey home on completion grew over $300,000 in value in less than 12 months. Overall a great result for our client. If you have looked at a site and think it might be to complex or have dismissed it as unworkable then it might be worth having a chat with us about finding a solution. With the right purchase price for the land and a good build the rewards can be there in the end!

Back in 2020 we worked on a tricky little project in The Gap QLD. The site had a 9m backward slope with a bushfire and Koala overlay. Our client had a limited budget to make her project work. The site also had a 7m Frontage and some difficult angles at the top. We designed a modern 5-bedroom home to work with the site and keep our client on budget. Here are some photos of the finished project showing what was achieved to get out client into their first home! The project was managed from the land acquisition through the design phase and to completion of the project and the builder was selected by the client from our tender process. Do you have a tricky site? Why not speak to us about how we can assist you with the management of your project. Call Tracey on (07) 3556 5310 to discuss.
