Our team has completed our refurbishment works at the eastern end of the Malaga Home Centre at 637 Marshall Road, Malaga and we’ve handed it over to the tenant for what will be one hell of a fit-out… we look forward to announcing our newest addition to the Centre shortly!

As part of a lease renewal at 17-19 Leadership Way, Wangara, Quadrant Investments agreed to work with long-term tenant Emerson to reduce their carbon footprint from operations at the facility. This initiative was aimed to address the Scope 3 emission impacts and meeting the evolving sustainability expectations of Emerson's key clients.

Quadrant Investments installed a 100kw solar panel system, which is estimated to reduce Emerson's carbon output by 83 tonnes annually. Further emission reduction initiatives have been implemented at the Wangara facility with tenant-led measures such as the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting.

Quadrant Investments is committed to working with our tenants to identify and implement sustainability initiatives across our growing portfolio.

Congratulations to LOOP nightclub on the completion of their outstanding refurbishment and rebranding of their nightclub venue at 4 Reid Promenade, Joondalup, which sits within our QI Value Add Income Trust No 1.

The rebranded Loop nightclub is run by the experienced operators at NightOwl Entertainment with the venue featuring state-of-the-art lighting and sound, two distinct rooms, including a live performance room, VIP lounge, and two courtyards.

The QI Value Add Income Trust No 1 was established in late 2019 and has been a consistent performer for our investors from a distribution and value uplift perspective.
