Just in this August’s edition of lender policy changes to help new customers:
✅Lender #1 - Rental Income shading increased from 90% to 95%
✅Lender #2 - Private Health Insurance now included in HEM
✅Lender #3 - Fully assessed pre-approvals now available
✅Lender #4 - 0.25% interest rate reduction for all products up to 80% LVR if applications lodged by 25th Sep
