At Balgera Group,
we're always looking for ways to learn, improve, and occasionally have a laugh together.
Recently, we started a fun office tradition: asking AI to create a "comedy weekly roast" of one of our team members. This week's volunteer was Damien.
While AI is becoming an increasingly useful tool in many workplaces, including financial services, we see it as exactly that: a tool. It can help with productivity, brainstorming ideas, communication, and administrative tasks, but it doesn't replace professional advice, experience, critical thinking, or personal relationships.
For us, the real value still comes from the conversations we have with clients, understanding their goals, and helping them make informed decisions about their future.
That said... AI can be surprisingly good at roasting people. 😅
