The government has just announced that the NEW property price cap for the First Home Guarantee Scheme is being brought forward to October 1, 2025—three months earlier than planned!

This is a true game-changer for many aspiring homeowners. Here’s why:

You could get into your first home sooner with as little as a 5% deposit.

The Adelaide Metro price cap is increasing to $900,000, up from the previous $600,000.

This change means you can now look at more properties and suburbs.
