This week, we celebrate 4 years in business!

I’ve come a long way since I started out, from sharing my at home office with my second born for the first 6 months while I built the business solo from the ground up, to opening a shopfront and having 3 FT staff, and now putting Jo on as a broker, and tracking deals digitally not from a whiteboard…. And expanding the business.

Couldn’t have done it without my incredible wife, and the support of my family and friends, and of course Jo for riding the high’s and low’s of small business.

The government has just announced that the NEW property price cap for the First Home Guarantee Scheme is being brought forward to October 1, 2025—three months earlier than planned!
