I can't believe it's that time of year again 🎄 AND a year since my last post (not that I post frequently, ain't nobody got time for that 😂).
A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.

Thank you to all the super Star Brokers I support with their Mortgage Applications and that support me and my business. Not forgetting the much appreciated chrissy gift boxes (No pics this year as I ate all the treats and consumed all the alcohol already 🙊).

A record year 👊 with 409 Mortgage Applications processed in the last 12months, each one having it's own storey to tell.

Now taking a break 21st Dec - 10th Jan 2024.

RESERVE BANK 💰:

At its meeting yesterday @ 6th September, the Board decided to increase the cash rate target by 50 basis points to 2.35 per cent. It also increased the interest rate on Exchange Settlement balances by 50 basis points to 2.25 per cent.

What a year so far!

YTD- On the New Applications side of business- Total 374 Loan Applications Processed.

Consisting of OOC Residential, INV Residential. Purchases both FHB & existing home owners. Refinances of existing home loans, some with debt consolidation &/or equity release.
Let's not forget the recent SMSF applications both residential & commercial purchases.

With the multiple Mortgage Brokers based in VIC/NSW/QLD I have seen an influx in the last 12 months from all three states. Awesome work by all.
