This might be unpopular, but it's one of the biggest reasons I left banking.

When I worked at a bank, my scorecard wasn't based on whether a client achieved their goal... and that never sat right with me.

Because buying a home isn't a KPI. Refinancing isn't a KPI. A family's future isn't a KPI.

Today, I'm legally required to act in my clients' best interests and can access multiple lenders rather than being limited to one bank's products.

The goal isn't to get a loan approved. The goal is to find the right solution.
