After planning for more than 6 months, these clients decided to buy a house and land package under $750,000 in Morayfield under 5% Deposit scheme.

We helped them secure a builder and guided them from the start. This was not an easy deal though, we had to settle within couple of days, on the second day we received an Unconditional approval and settled the next day.

Costs involved:
Deposit : $72,000 - They decided to put in 10% deposit as they had time to save some money and to lower the repayments this was recommended.

Couple working as a marketing manager and a Coles team member holding up two part time jobs successfully settled a construction loan a year ago for $425,000 and now after a year we helped them access the equity from a land and use the equity towards their construction loan.
