Been working with John’s brother Steve for last 5 years purchased number of properties through us like family now. Finally referred his brother and wanted do this for his daughter help get her into the market.

After starting the process last year, we officially settled on our first investment property, a new build, last week 🙌

This has been years in the making, and when we finally got to the point where we were ready financially, Phone Homes made the whole process feel so easy. Honestly, all I had to do was answer a few questions — everything else was handled seamlessly.

Normally I’m the one running around organising everything, chasing people up, and stressing for weeks… but this felt like I woke up one day and it was all done.
