Our amazing client Simon Bartush review & thank you for the kind words and congratulations once again.

A huge thank you to the entire Phone Homes team!

I was told from the beginning that the team worked together like a well-oiled machine, and they absolutely did not disappoint.

A special thank you to Matt, Hayley and Pamela, and a particularly big thank you to Mia for everything she did to help get this across the line. I’d also like to thank Taylor, who will be managing my property going forward, and I’m looking forward to working with her and building a long-term relationship with the team.

Despite the very short timeframe, the whole process was handled professionally, efficiently and with great communication. The property that was sourced for me was better than I expected, which was a fantastic result.

Thanks to everyone at Phone Homes who played a part. It really was a team effort, and I’m exceptionally happy with what we achieved together.

Thanks again, Phone Homes. I’m looking forward to the journey ahead!

Huge congratulations to John & Kiana De Van Der Schueren on settlement. What amazing success story this one 🎉🏠

Been working with John’s brother Steve for last 5 years purchased number of properties through us like family now. Finally referred his brother and wanted do this for his daughter help get her into the market.

What an amazing family and awesome outcome super proud of Kiana and excited for what’s to come for the family.

Clients testimonial & reviews: I had been thinking about getting into property for a while but kept putting it off. It felt scary and like a big step I wasn’t sure I was ready for. A family recommendation led us to Phone Homes and I was blown away by the whole experience.

They all took the time to understand our situation and made the whole process smooth and manageable. Ben was incredibly supportive (and patient with my bunch of questions haha), Clinton gave insightful presentations and Pamela made the financial side feel achievable. Rose has also been fantastic at managing the property!

I feel really grateful to the whole team. Without their guidance and knowledge, I probably would have kept delaying and missed my opportunity. Can’t wait to crack open the bottle of ch*****ne and toast to you all! Thanks again!

After starting the process last year, we officially settled on our first investment property, a new build, last week 🙌

This has been years in the making, and when we finally got to the point where we were ready financially, Phone Homes made the whole process feel so easy. Honestly, all I had to do was answer a few questions — everything else was handled seamlessly.

Normally I’m the one running around organising everything, chasing people up, and stressing for weeks… but this felt like I woke up one day and it was all done.

Such a smooth, stress-free experience. Huge thanks to Phone Homes — we can’t wait to keep building our property portfolio over the coming years!

Congratulations Tim Austin settling your first SMSF property been awesome working with you.

Clients' review & testimonial:

I have just wound up purchasing my first property through my S.M.S.F.

The team from Phone Homes, who I dealt with, communicated with and spent time with were brilliant. Thank you so much Pamela, Ben, Savelina, Michael, Jackson, Amelia, Mia, Charlotte and Jovana, as your tireless efforts made my journey with you enjoyable. If there are others I may have forgotten I apologise, you all made my dream and reality come through.

I was informed every step of the way and the entire crew made it simple and easy to understand. The company is excellent and I cannot praise them enough for what they've done for me. If you are ever phoned by them, don't hesitate, sign up straight away and get your life and future squared away.

I just wish I'd found out about them sooner. It's obviously a 5 star rating, but I'd give them 50 stars out of a 5 star rating if I could. I haven't and can't say it enough but thank you so much Phone Homes for all you've done for me, I'm so indebted to you for taking me to the next level.

Your gift was so nice, I look forward to using it all.

Congratulations to Luke & Maria on settling their 2nd investment property. One inside of super & one personally, super proud of their trust in our process.

Always super positive but did have their nerves along the way but has gone exactly to plan. From never thinking they would retire to creating with the support of the Phone Homes team a multiple-million-dollar property portfolio within 12 months.

Clients' review & testiomal:

Thanks to Phone Homes we went from not thinking much about our Superannuation, to an SMSF and associated investment property, within a few months. The Phone Homes team (Ben, Jackson, Amelia, and Michael) are incredibly good at what they do. There was a lot of moving parts to getting everything organised and they made the whole process simple for us. Ben and team were always available to answer our questions, and it stood out just how enthusiastic they are to make sure things are progressing and working well. I appreciated Ben’s regular follow-up phone calls just to chat about where things were at.

We can highly recommend Phone Homes to anyone looking to take the step towards an SMSF or personal investment property.

Congratulations to Caroline & Jeremery McCleely for settling two investment properties back-to-back.

They run a mining equipment company always keeping them busy. But they finally decided to take action and get the support they needed. They wanted to have their hard-earned money work for them and build long-term wealth for their retirement.

The team worked together to put together the best property portfolio as efficiently as possible.

From zero to a $3,000,000.00 property portfolio in 4 months. One SMSF and one personally, amazing achievement by our clients & the Phone Homes team.

Super proud of everyone involved in the making of this portfolio, especially Caroline & Jeremy.

We recently purchased our SMSF investment property through Phonehones, and I must commend Ben and the team for their exceptional service.
They ensured the process ran smoothly, provided constant reassurance, and maintained excellent communication with us every step of the way.
It was a pleasure dealing with them, and we truly appreciate the hamper. We look forward to potentially investing in another property in the near future.

Here's to a great 2026!
