To all our loyal clients,

It is with a very heavy heart that we have had to make the decision to close our business.
This was not done lightly, and as you know, we tried everything to avoid this.

Due to all the regulation changes and Covid, it has really taken its toll and has hurt us after all the hard work that has been put in.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for supporting Key Credit for the past 18 years.

It's been a real joy getting to know you and your families over time.
We will really miss our chats as we really do value loyal customers and friends. Thank you for supporting your local family business.

Please be aware we will be open for a while longer so we can take your calls etc and we will try and help you find another lender that is very similar to us. Please don't stress as we will do everything possible to help make this process as easy as possible.

Client update!
We want to inform you that we are going online and our office will be closing on the 15th October.
We must keep up with change and government regulations which means our computer software needs updating.
Cost pressures, along with rent increases and Covid 19 have made massive changes in the way we all do business.
What does this mean for you? It means that we will have our chats over the phone instead of face to face. We will still be there for you with our personal touch. Completing and signing loan documents will be much easier.
We value your loyalty and friendship and together we have come a long way from the good old Gosnells office, to this lovely office in Southern River and we are sad to see it go.
We thank all our clients for their continued support. Many of you have become a lot more than just clients over the past 18 years and we look forward to continuing our friendship. As our motto states “ We want to continue to make life easier for you”.
