📣 Lifting the Standard: Formalising the Work We've Always Taken Seriously
Over the past year, BAS agents across Australia have been asked to meet new, stricter compliance standards under TASA and the updated 2024 TPB Code of Conduct.
The good news? Most of what’s being required, we’ve already been doing behind the scenes - because quality, security, and consistency have always mattered here.
What’s being formalised now:
✔️ A fully documented Quality Management System (QMS)
✔️ Contingency planning (so your service continues no matter what)
✔️ Supervision and training for team members
✔️ Robust data protection (backed by our dedicated server)
We’re proud to say these aren’t “new” for us - we’ve had strong systems in place for years. What’s changing is the paperwork, version control, and reporting requirements to meet audit and regulatory standards.
To support this, we’re also rolling out a new direct debit and engagement platform for existing clients, and updated terms will be shared shortly.
