Here at AGUSHI it's our drive to bring your dream of building a new home a reality. Our appreciation for top end contemporary architectural design has propelled us as a leader in inner city Melbourne house construction. Whilst our work is all referral based, we find our projects are born from two different origins. The first being where a client (or their architect) provides us with a design. The second is when a client provides us with their wish list and budget and we make it happen. Option one is simple, you have already done all the leg work with your architect and you just need that last piece of the puzzle, a builder who “gets it”! Working with Melbourne’s leading high-end architects and designers is our passion because contemporary design is our specialty. Option two takes things from a completely different approach. This is where you brief us on what your new build needs to have and where your budget sits, and from here we make this vision come to life. Your house will be designed by a top end Melbourne architect in conjunction with Bear Agushi to ensure you end up with a design that can actually be built, without compromise to architectural integrity and quality. We find that this approach to be the most relaxing and thrilling for the client as they get to take a more hands on approach in the design and the dream always comes to fruition (ie. They don’t end up with something that is just that - a dream).
