WA's first home buyer stamp duty thresholds have now been in effect from the 21st of March 2025. So that means if you entered into a purchase contract on or after this date and are a eligible First home buyer, you may get these increased benefits.
So what are they:

No stamp duty for homes up to $500,000 π°
β
Reduced stamp duty for homes up to $700,000 in Perth/Peel or $750,000 in regional WA π
β
No stamp duty for vacant land up to $350,000, with discounts up to $450,000
β
No stamp duty for off-the-plan properties up to $750,000
